Production Administrator

As a Production Admin, you will be responsible for fully managing the photographer booking process from A-Z, ensuring the system is up to date, organised, and accurate. You will communicate directly with real estate agents, the listings team, the production team, and the marketing team to ensure smooth coordination for listing and marketing shoots within the business.
Your key duties will include:
- Managing and tracking all photo & video shoots across the business, including cancellations and pending shoots.
- Quality checking all listing photos & videos to ensure no mistakes, typos, or low-quality footage is uploaded to the website and property portals.
- Managing relationships with external photo & video editors, prioritizing fast turnaround times and high-quality edits.
- Organizing and storing all photos & videos across the business for easy access by the relevant personnel.
- Generating Trakheesi QR codes for marketing & listing teams as requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Administrative experience with production team, particularly with booking, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams and external vendors.
- Experience working with photo and video content managemen
