We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including secretarial duties, document management, communication handling, and task and calendar management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Handle clerical works and serve as the main contact point
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications
  • Organize tasks, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
Requirements:
  • Related experience certificates required
  • Typing speed minimum of 35 WPM
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good at handling outdoor administrative tasks
  • Basic understanding of company products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent telephone and business communication skills

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit. Fluency in English with clear communication skills is also essential. Self-motivation, discipline, and multitasking capabilities are a must.
