  • Facilitates communication betweenessential departments (Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations)to guarantee a smooth arrival and departureexperience.
  • Coordinate with VIP guests andindividuals requiring special attention, including arrangingpersonalized meet and greet services.
  • Knowledgeof function bookings and their effect on lobby and publicareas
  • Duties as assigned by Director, FrontOffice and Assistant Director, FrontOffice
  • Actively seeks feedback and following upon Guests comments
  • Develops and implements newsystems and standards

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of Front OfficeProcedures.
  • Knowledge of Opera, MicrosoftOffice and Windows .
  • Minimum of two yearsprevious Front Desk Manager experience.
