The Role
We are seeking a highly motivatedexperienced creative and skilled Digital Marketing Manager and alsoWeb Designer and Developer to join our dynamic team in Ajman UAE.The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design anddevelopment skills enabling them to create userfriendly andvisually appealing websites. Also he will be responsible fordeveloping implementing and managing our digital marketingstrategies to enhance brand awareness drive traffic and generateleads.This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety ofexciting projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams andcontribute to the overall digital strategy of the organization. Ifyou are passionate about digital marketing web design anddevelopment and are eager to create impactful online experiencesand finally play a crucial role in the growth of our onlinepresence we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Designand develop responsive and visually appealing websites using HTMLCSS JavaScript and other web technologies. Creating graphic designsweb content and projects to create cohesive and engaging webexperiences. Ensure that websites are optimized for performanceaccessibility and SEO best practices. Implement and maintaincontent management systems (CMS) to enable easy updates andmanagement of website content. Conduct user research and usabilitytesting to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Stay updated with the latest web design trends technologies andbest practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionalityperformance and design. Create and maintain documentation relatedto web development processes coding standards and designguidelines. Assist in the integration of thirdparty services andAPIs to enhance website functionality. Participate in brainstormingsessions and contribute ideas for new features and improvements toexisting websites. Develop implement and manage digital marketingcampaigns across various online channels including social mediaemail SEO PPC and content marketing. Analyze and report on campaignperformance using datadriven insights to optimize strategies andimprove ROI. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to createengaging content that resonates with our target audience and alignswith our brand voice. Manage the companys website and optimize itfor search engines to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.Oversee social media strategy including content creation schedulingand community management to increase engagement and brand loyalty.Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiativesensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Stayuptodate with the latest trends and technologies in digitalmarketing incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance ourstrategies. Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads andmaintain customer relationships measuring effectiveness throughKPIs. Collaborate with external agencies influencers and vendors asneeded to enhance digital marketing efforts and achieve businessobjectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities forgrowth and understand competitive landscape.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in WebDesign Web Development Computer Science or a related fieldMarketing Business Administration or a related field; Mastersdegree or relevant certifications is a plus. Proven experience(minimum of 3 years of experience) as a Web Designer and Developerand in Digital Marketing roles with a proven track record ofsuccessful campaign management and with a strong portfolioshowcasing previous work and built websites... Proficiency infrontend technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworkssuch as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Experience with backendtechnologies such as PHP Node.js or similar technologies is a plus.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPressJoomla or Drupal. Solid understanding of responsive designprinciples and best practices for mobilefirst development. Strongattention to detail and a passion for creating clean and elegantdesigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts toolsand best practices including SEO PPC social media content marketingand analytics. Proficient with marketing automation tools CRMsystems and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Goodknowledge of local and international vendors platforms like AmazonShopify NOON Walmart etc. Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to articulate ideas clearly andpersuasively. Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approachto problemsolving and decisionmaking. Creative thinker who cangenerate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to engage targetaudiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment. Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability totroubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communicationskills both verbal and written with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Experience workingcollaboratively in a teamoriented environment with the ability toinfluence and motivate others. Fluency in English; proficiency inArabic is a distinct advantage.
