Description:

  • Exterior finish carpentry buildingarchitectural wall systems, weather proofing, on commercial newbuilds. Primarily working with ACM panels but may also by workingwith foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta and stonepanels.
  • Will be working in heights installingthe ACM paneling system on the side of buildings on a swing stageusing an impact drill kit. Weather proofing the construction site,construction clean up and materialorganizing.
  • Experienced professional in theroofing industry specializing in metal roofing systems, such asinstallation of metal roofs, wall panels, metal roof flashing. Theyinspect roofs to assess the condition, identify issues, andrecommend necessary repairs orreplacements.
  • Ensuring compliance with safetyregulations and using safety equipment to prevent accidents.Understanding and working from architectural plans and drawings toaccurately install roofing systems. Cutting, shaping, and weldingmetal sheets to fit the roofstructure.
  • Applying sealants and waterproofingmaterials to prevent leaks.
  • Maintaining highstandards of workmanship and ensuring the roofing system isweatherproof and durable.
  • Collaborating withother construction professionals, such as contractors and builders,to complete roofing projects. Identifying and resolving issues thatmay arise during installation, such as leaks or structuralproblems. Operating a variety of tools and equipment, includingpower tools and welding machines. Communicating with clients toprovide information, updates, and recommendations.
