We are looking for Roofing and Cladding Fitters to work in Ireland

**Description of Role**:
This role is responsible for the installation of various roofing and cladding systems, including metal composite roofing, PVC flat roofing, bituminous membrane flat roofing, as well as metal composite wall cladding and other facade systems such as rainscreens and curtain walls.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Follow directions from the Team Leader/Site Supervisor to efficiently carry out duties according to agreed programmes.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements, including safety inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on site, utilise plant and tools effectively, minimise waste, and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ensure projects meet the high-quality standards expected by the company.
- Submit timesheets to the contracts team for approval daily.
- Ensure all work on site complies with safe working practices and current Health and Safety legislation, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Exemplify the company’s professional image and encourage similar conduct among subcontractors and supervisors.
- Undertake necessary training to fulfil job duties.
- Demonstrate willingness to engage in new company initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in installing various roofing and cladding systems, including metal roofing, flat roofing, metal cladding, and other faced systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, supervisors, and contractors.
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety practices.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges on site effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work in outdoor and sometimes challenging conditions.
- Not afraid of working at heights.

**Training / Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in roofing and cladding installation preferred.
- Any additional qualifications or training relevant to roofing and cladding (or construction in general) installation would be advantageous.

Health and Safety Training will be provided by the company, including CSR, MEWPS, Working at Height, Harness, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
