Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Algorithm Development: Design develop and optimizecomputer vision algorithms and models for various surveillanceapplications including object detection tracking activityrecognition and anomaly detection.
  • Data Analysis: Collect preprocess and analyze largedatasets to train and evaluate computer vision models. Ensure dataquality and relevance for modelaccuracy.
  • Model Training:Implement and finetune deep learning models using frameworks suchas TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras. Apply techniques such as transferlearning and domain adaptation to enhance modelperformance.
  • SystemIntegration: Integrate AI models into realtimesurveillance systems and ensure their seamless operation withinexisting infrastructure. Collaborate with software engineers todeploy models effectively.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize theperformance of computer vision systems including processing speedaccuracy and resource utilization. Identify and resolve issuesrelated to model performance.
  • Research and Development: Stay uptodate with the latestadvancements in computer vision and AI. Propose and implementinnovative solutions to improve surveillance capabilities andaddress emerging challenges.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document model developmentprocesses methodologies and results. Prepare reports andpresentations for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding data scientists software engineers and project managersto ensure successful project and delivery.
Qualifications:


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience Electrical Engineering Applied Mathematics or a relatedfield. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing and deployingcomputer vision algorithms and models for surveillance or relatedapplications. Demonstrated expertise with relevant tools andframeworks.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficiency inprogramming languages such as Python C orJava.
    • Strong knowledge of computer visionlibraries and frameworks (e.g. OpenCV DlibTensorRT).
    • Experience with deep learningframeworks (e.g. TensorFlowPyTorch).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms(e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) for deploying and scalingmodels.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Strong problemsolving abilities and a solidunderstanding of machine learning principles and computer visiontechniques.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
  • TeamPlayer: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment and contribute effectively to teamobjectives.


PreferredQualifications:

  • Experiencewith surveillancespecific applications such as facial recognitionlicense plate recognition or behavioranalysis.
  • Knowledge of data privacy andsecurity considerations related to surveillancesystems.
  • Experience with edge computing andrealtime processingconstraints.
