In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Lead and support Retail Associates in delivering excellent guest service. </li><li>Oversee merchandise display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards. </li><li>Ensure accuracy in POS operations, pricing, and cash handling procedures. </li><li>Monitor shop performance and ensure timely restocking and inventory control. </li><li>Address guest concerns and resolve complaints or escalations professionally. </li><li>Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and on‑the‑job coaching. </li><li>Support promotional campaigns and seasonal retail events. </li><li>Maintain shop cleanliness, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention protocols. </li><li>Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team </li> </ul><h3>About you: </h3><p>The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: </p><ul><li>High School Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Business, or related stream </li><li>2–4 years in retail operations, with supervisory or team lead experience. </li><li>POS and retail systems knowledge </li><li>Stock management and merchandising skills </li><li>Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities </li><li>Problem‑solving and service recovery handling </li> </ul><h3>About the Benefits: </h3><p>In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well‑being of our team members.
