HORECA Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about driving business growth in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) or Food Service sector?
Our Sales Specialist - HORECA/Food Service position is tasked with growing the HORECA business within designated sub-channels and regions. The primary goal is to develop business with new customers while safeguarding the current customer base.
The position involves meeting established goals for HORECA / Food Service sales and attaining the Budgeted Volume. If you excel in client relationship management, strategic planning, and team leadership, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the key point of contact with the client.
- Build the business by identifying selling prospects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
- Take ownership of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including volume, revenue, and Average Selling Price (ASP), within the designated sub-channels and regions.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Utilize current market knowledge & network to increase brand presence in high-end HORECA channels.
- Execute strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Build strong, influential, and collaborative business relationships with clients by providing support and information and maintains it.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards & values.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the food service industry with a focus on HORECA channel.
- Coffee experience is a great plus.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
