Job Description Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across multiple properties within the assigned cluster Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts in the leisure sector Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue for the cluster Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's leisure offerings and unique selling points Implement and monitor CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements Collaborate with other cluster managers to share best practices and align with overall company objectives Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality or leisure industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multi-property environment Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams Negotiation skills and experience in contract management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels In-depth knowledge of the leisure travel market and current industry trends Experience in budget management and revenue forecasting Experience working with international markets and diverse cultural backgrounds Experience with yield management and revenue optimization techniques Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meeting Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
