Weare looking for a highly motivated and resultsdrivenSenior Sales Executive to join our client ssales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insales within the hospitality industry excellent communicationskills and a proven track record of achieving salestargets.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop andimplement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets andobjectives.
  • Identify andpursue new business opportunities within the hospitalitysector.
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing and potentialclients.
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify new business opportunities and stay updated onindustrytrends.
  • Manage clientrelationships and ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.
  • Prepare anddeliver sales presentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
  • Work closelywith the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns.
  • Coordinate withthe operations team to ensure seamless delivery ofservices.
  • Participate inindustry events trade shows and networking activities to promotethecompany.
  • Monitor salesperformance and provide regular reports tomanagement.
  • Analyze salesdata to identify areas for improvement and implement correctiveactions.
  • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities and client interactions in theCRMsystem.


Requirements
  • Bachelor sdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 7years of experience in sales preferably within the hospitalityindustry.
  • Proven trackrecord of achieving and exceeding salestargets.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and CRMsoftware.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
