We are seeking an experienced StructuralEngineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strongbackground in both the conceptual and detailed design of variousstructures including highrise buildings industrial facilities andmixeduse developments. This role requires expertise in managing theentire design process ensuring compliance with internationalstandards and supervising onsite implementations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze structuralsystems for both new constructions and renovations using advancedsoftware tools like AutoCAD ETABS SAP2000 andRevit.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projectsfrom concept to construction ensuring designs meet clientspecifications and international building codes (ACI ASCE IBCetc.).
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinatewith construction teams to ensure compliance with designspecifications.
  • Perform structural audits andpeer reviews to validate the integrity and efficiency of designsolutions.
  • Lead value engineering efforts tooptimize project costs without compromising structuralintegrity.
  • Mentor and provide technicalguidance to junior engineers and teammembers.
  • Prepare detailed reports anddocumentation for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Liaise with local authorities andclients to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any design orconstruction issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civilor Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 yearsof experience in structural engineering with a proven track recordin managing complex projects.
  • CharteredEngineer status or equivalent professional certificationpreferred.
  • Strong proficiency in structuraldesign software and familiarity with various building codes andregulations.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilitiesleadership skills and the capacity to work under tightdeadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamworkskills with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is aplus.
