Weare looking for a talented leader to manage the Marketplacebusiness . He or she will also contribute to set the strategicvision for additional opportunities for Amazons Marketplace.

The Amazon Marketplace organization drives theSelling on Amazon business and develops solutions that enablemillions of Selling Partners around the world to sell on Amazon.This Manager will execute this vision leading across functional andtechnical teams delivering a world class experience for both buyersand Selling Partners for the categories. Candidates must be able toinfluence across multiple company organizations and have a goodunderstanding of todays global business environment. The idealcandidates will have a background in international business productand program management and ecommerce.

Responsibilities include:
Owningendtoend the Selling Partner experience in AE for set of categoriesto build a strong group of fastgrowing categories in the relatedP&L

Managing both new and existingaccounts to increase their usage of Marketplace tools and featuresand grow their business locally regionally and internationally

Partnering with business and technical teamsto design and build features and solutions specific to countryrequirements while producing those features for regionalapplication.

Identifying and driving newopportunities for Amazons Marketplace business.

Key job responsibilities

Owning endtoend the Selling Partner experience in AE to build astrong seller base in the respective category

Managing both new and existing accounts to increase their usage ofMarketplace tools and features.

Partneringwith business and technical teams to design and buildcountryspecific features and solutions ensuring those features areapplicable globally.

Identifying and drivingnew opportunities for Amazons Marketplace business.

Dubai ARE

  • 2 years of inside salesexperience
  • Experience influencing at all levelswithin an organization particularly at the executivelevel
  • Experience exceeding sales targets usinga consultative solutionsfocused approach orequivalent
