Quick Details Salary Range: Market Competitive Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: None Experience: 5 Year+ Key Responsibilities Manage full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role profiles. Maintain candidate engagement and communication. Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research. Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reporting. Requirements 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast‑growing tech / fintech. Strong sourcing abilities (direct search, boolean search, mapping). Experience hiring Sales, BD, and operational roles. Strong interviewing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Data‑driven and process‑oriented.
