As a Gym Supervisor, you are responsible forconducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellentGuest and Member experience. A Gym Supervisor will also be requiredto schedule adequate staff coverage. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

ü Ensure that allcustomers attending the fitness gym adopt safe and effectivepractices.

ü Be aware of and adhereto hotel’s Health and SafetyPolicy.

ü Regularly monitor allcustomers involved in fitness activities, evaluating their progresstowards agreed targets and providingencouragement/motivation.

ü Instructand supervise guests in the correct use of fitnessequipment.

ü Carry out fitnessappraisals and prepare individual exercise programs asrequired.

ü Carry out cleaning dutieswhere required to maintain high levels of cleanliness andpresentation of all fitness and associated areas, at alltimes.

ü Ensure all equipment is keptfully maintained, reporting faults/damageimmediately.

Ensure any portable equipment iskept in a secure environment.
