Jobrequirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English aremandatory. African language skills arebeneficial.

  • Proven record of workingin South Africa and/or other African countries familiar with theintricacies of the African storage/businessmarket.

The ability to communicateclearly both written and verbal with customers partners and salesand act as a professional representative of the NetApp CustomerSuccess Organization.
The ability to work with andrespect people from diverse cultural backgrounds mindsets beliefstraditions and ethics.
Excellent interpersonalcommunication and customer service skills to collaboratesuccessfully with customers partners and cross functional teamsinfluence behaviour and drive actions.
Escalation/problemmanagement experience is key and the ability to professionallyhandle conflicts and to effectively manage customerexpectations.
Ability to integrate diverse perspectivesin critical situations to aid issue resolution.
Abilityto manage complex highpressure situations staying focused on theright priority and effectively handle timemanagement.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking and follow all tasksthrough to completion.
Ability to deal with a largernumber of customers and/or partners at once.
Goodtechnical knowledge in Storage and/or Virtualization Technology andthe ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and anunderstanding of how to apply these in a customer facingenvironment.
The ability to advertise present andposition SAM Services in sales districts with partners andpotential customers.#LIDNI
