Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle — planning, execution, and handover . Develop and manage project schedules , manpower plans, and procurement timelines. Strong expertise in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, and MEP systems . In-depth knowledge of landscaping materials, soft/hardscapes, and irrigation systems .
