Fibrixa Fiber Glass Solutions is hiring a skilled and experienced GRC & GRP Site Engineer to oversee on‑site execution, manage installation teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery of architectural and decorative GRC/GRP works. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, UAE project experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications. Ensure proper fixing methods and installation details for GRC/GRP components. Verify measurements, site conditions, and alignment before installation. Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions on‑site. Site Execution & Supervision Oversee daily GRC/GRP installation activities on‑site. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Plan installation sequences and allocate manpower efficiently. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QHSE standards. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with consultants, contractors, supervisors, and project managers. Communicate with the production team to ensure timely fabrication and delivery. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Quality Control Inspect materials, finishes, and installation quality prior to handover. Ensure all works meet Fibrixa’s manufacturing and installation standards. Prepare and maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and work logs. Health & Safety Ensure strict adherence to site safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers use proper PPE.
