We are seeking a highly experienced anddetail-oriented Traveling Butler to join our team, providingunparalleled service to our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allaspects of packing and unpacking suitcases, maintaining wardrobeorganization, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious travelexperience for our esteemedclientele.

Responsibilities

  • Packing andUnpacking:
  • Expertly pack and unpack suitcaseswith a keen eye for organization and attention todetail.
  • Ensure that all travel essentials,clothing, accessories, and personal items are meticulously arrangedand easily accessible.
  • Familiarity withhigh-end fashion and accessories to handle delicate and valuableitems with care.

Qualifications:Education and Training:

  • WardrobeManagement:
  • Develop and maintain acomprehensive wardrobe inventory for each client, keeping track ofclothing preferences, sizes, and specialrequests.
  • Collaborate with clients to curateoutfits suitable for various occasions, ensuring they arewell-coordinated and reflect the client's personalstyle.
  • TravelPreparation:
  • Coordinate with clients and travelcoordinators to gather information on upcoming travel plans andpreferences.
  • Ensure all necessary items, fromtravel documents to specialized equipment, are packed and ready foreach trip.
  • LuxuryService:
  • Provide 5* service, anticipating andfulfilling client needs before theyarise.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of UHNWlifestyles and maintain the highest standards of professionalismand discretion.
  • Logistics andCoordination:
  • Work closely with travelcoordinators, personal assistants, and other staff to synchronizetravel plans and ensure a seamless experience forclients.
  • Arrange for the transportation ofluggage and personal items to and from variousdestinations.
  • Proven experience as a TravelingButler or a similar role, with a track record of serving UHNWclients.
  • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonaland communication skills.
  • Knowledge of high-endfashion, luxury brands, and trends.
  • Ability towork independently and adapt to changing schedules andenvironments.
  • Discretion and respect for clientconfidentiality.
  • Formal training inhospitality, butler services, or a related field ispreferred.
  • Additional certifications inetiquette, wardrobe management, or related areas are aplus.
