JobPurpose

Organizingcoordinating and following up on all of the administrativeactivities and procedures that facilitate the smooth operation ofstudent admission to theschool.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Introducing parentsand students to the SABIS Educational System and the schoolcampus.
  • Handling student registrationprocedures applications and diagnostic tests.
  • Maintaining data and statistics pertaining to inquiries andregistration.
  • Followingup with parentsregarding admissions and admissionrequirements.
  • Working closely with the OfficeManager to ensure marketing material is always available anddelivered to the appropriate audience.
  • Building relationships with embassies universities companies NGOsnurseries ministries etc.
  • Registering studentsfor external examinations.
  • Liaising withstudents and universities for university applications andacceptances.
  • Handling records and otherofficial documents required by the Ministry ofEducation.
  • Delivering endofterm reports toparents/students.
  • Performing such otherrelated tasks or projects as they arise and/or as delegated by theSABIS management.

IdealRequirements:

  • Bachelor degree in arelated subject matter and/or equivalent
  • English is a must; Local language whereapplicable
  • 1 years of experience ispreferable
  • Professional Behavior and EthicalConduct
  • Communicationskills
  • Ability to work within ateam

EmploymentRequirements:

Must meet all employmentrequirements including but not limited to country and localeducation and certification requirements reference checks andcriminal background checks.
