  • Oversee the development andimplementation of efficient procurement procedures and workpractices, ensuring alignment with project requirements andindustry standards.
  • Take ownership of theProject Procurement Execution Plan, regularly updating andmaintaining it in accordance with project milestones andchanges.
  • Collaborate effectively withLicensors, Clients, and Wood secrecy agreements, fostering positiverelationships and ensuring adherence to confidentialityagreements.
  • Update and maintain comprehensiveProject Supplier Lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance to projectneeds.
  • Input all progress data into theMaterial Management System, ensuring real-time and accurateupdates.
  • Develop and nurture contacts withSuppliers' personnel, upholding ethical standards andcorporate policies.
  • Maintain a professionalreputation with Suppliers through adherence to a code of conductand business ethics.
  • Stay informed about thematerials supply situation, including area sources, price levels,and current deliveries.
  • Contribute insightsinto current and projected price and delivery trends whenrequested.
  • Provide valuable input todecision-making processes regarding procurementstrategies.
  • Execute spare parts coordinationactivities in alignment with the Project Procurement ExecutionPlan.
  • Manage, direct, and support supply chainactivities, ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures.
  • Accountable for the successfulsetup and delivery of all project supply chain processes,procedures, and activities.
  • Prepare and issuethe project-specific procurement execution plan and/or contractingstrategy, aligning it with project scope and incorporatingcomputerized systems.
  • Establish and manage theproject/procurement status report (PSR), adhering to project/clienton-site dates and lead times.
  • Conduct regularPS meetings with client, procurement, engineering, and projectmanagement personnel to maintain pre-order deliverabledates.
  • Facilitating the communication betweenDiscipline Engineering and vendors and other required stakeholdersto drive and enhance the procurementexecution.
  • Work closely with the engineering,project management, and procurement teams to enhance theprocurement execution up to the expectedstandards.
  • Oversee procurement activities,including communications with ADNOC approved vendors, negotiatingterms and conditions, and ensuring timely delivery ofmaterials.
  • Maintain procurement schedules,conducting commercial evaluations and cost analysis and identifyany cost-saving opportunities.
