POSITIONSUMMARY
Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relationsissues including resolution and followup. Assist and supportmanagement and the leadership team with handling and resolvingHuman Resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitmentprocesses for compliance with all local state and federal laws andcompany policies and standards. Inform Human Resources managementof issues related to employee relations. Respond to questionsrequests and concerns from employees and management regardingcompany and Human Resources programs policies and guidelines.Disseminate information to employees related to employeremployeerelations employee activities and personnel policies and programs.Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records andfiles (e.g. interview documents I9s). Assist in logisticsadministration and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answerphone calls and record messages.
Assist management in hiring training schedulingevaluating counseling disciplining and motivating and coachingemployees. Follow all company and safety and security policies andprocedures; report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions tomanager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.Speak with others using clear and professional language; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother employees. Enter and locate workrelated information usingcomputers and/or point of sale systems. Move lift carry push pulland place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma orG.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Atleast 1 year of related workexperience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1year of supervisory experience.
License orCertification: None
