Human Resources Coordinator – Waldorf Astoria The Palm, Dubai Full‑time position in the human resources department at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Responsibilities Oversee team‑member accommodation, ensuring compliance with accommodation policy. Maintain records of housing allocation and support inspections for cleanliness and pest control; available on calls 24/7 as needed. Prepare and distribute welcome packs for new team members before arrival. Handle HR cash float and reimbursement processes. Coordinate transportation and scheduling for team members as required. Collaborate with Government Relations on visa, Emirates ID, medical and OHC requirements. Ensure timely renewal of passports, residence visas, health cards and Emirates IDs to avoid penalties. Conduct fire and safety evacuation drills and comply with hotel health, safety and hygiene policy. Carry out other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or DHR. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HR experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment in the UAE. Proven experience in housing management, transportation, visa processing and government relations. Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, GDRFA, MOHRE, Emirates ID and related processes. Excellent organizational, coordination and administrative skills with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; positive, approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information and uphold professional integrity. Self‑directed with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team. Competent in MS Office and HR systems (Oasys knowledge preferred). Commitment to team‑member welfare, health, safety and well‑being. Flexibility to work outside regular hours or be on call for housing or emergency situations. Impeccable grooming standards reflecting a luxury hospitality brand. Preferred Experience & Distinctions Luxury hospitality experience in a similar HR role. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken). Knowledge of employment law and employee relations. IT proficiency.
