About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for Human Resources Interns to join Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Provide a welcoming and professional HR support presence by greeting colleagues, handling queries and calls, and maintaining confidential information with discretion. Support the recruitment and onboarding processes and guiding new hires through the induction program. Maintain accurate HR records and systems by updating HRMS (Oracle), filing documentation, and communicating new joiner information to relevant departments. Support HR operations and administration tasks and assisting with colleague engagement events. Drive process improvement and collaboration by contributing ideas, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security regulations. Professional development and contribution by taking ownership of personal learning, assisting in special HR projects, and delivering high‑quality service to all internal and external stakeholders.
