Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations First Class Group We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations to build and lead our hiring and people function as we scale rapidly. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how strong teams are built, developed, and sustained in high‑growth environments. This role will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy, building people processes, and ensuring that First Class continues to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all departments. Key Responsibilities Recruitment strategy Own and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy across all departments Build scalable hiring processes to support rapid portfolio and team growth Partner closely with leadership to understand workforce planning and future hiring needs Develop employer branding initiatives that attract high‑calibre candidates Recruitment and Hiring Execution Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes Build and manage talent pipelines for both operational and leadership roles Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage Track hiring performance and optimise processes based on data and outcomes People Operations and Culture Design and implement people operations frameworks that support performance and retention Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle processes and internal policies Support leadership in building a strong, values‑driven company culture Act as a trusted partner to managers on people‑related matters Learning and Development Support Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs Support the creation of growth paths and performance frameworks Ensure teams are equipped to perform and grow as the company scales Cross‑Functional Leadership Work closely with department heads, managers and leadership Align people strategy with business objectives and long‑term growth plans Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to people operations across the organisation Who You Are A strategic thinker with strong execution skills Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments Confident working closely with senior leadership Highly organized, people‑focused, and solution‑oriented A strong communicator with sound judgement and discretion Requirements Proven experience leading talent acquisition and people operations Strong background in recruitment strategy and process design Experience scaling teams in growing organisations Solid understanding of employer branding and candidate experience Experience in real estate, hospitality, technology, or service‑driven businesses is an advantage If you are passionate about building high‑performing teams and shaping people strategy in a scaling organisation, we would love to hear from you.
