Our client is one of the leading Groups in UAE and the GCC Region. With presence in most of the middle east countries, specializing in Retail as well as on E commerce, hardware and software solutions and services to the B2B as well as B2C business.
The company is now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Head for its IT & IT Solutions business catering to the needs of the whole MENA regional market. The company looking for a senior professional who can Manage Recruitment and Talent Acquisition as a function for this division.
The role requires you to be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition requirements of a large corporate. Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring. Recruitment using Agencies and Partners, Implementing Assessment Tools and Testing. Middle East Experience is essential.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualified HR Professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience in the relevant role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Senior Management experience.
Corporate experience in a similar role is essential. Agency experience without corporate experience will not be considered.
