We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join our team in the kitchen cabinet industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen cabinet sales, showroom operations, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing day-to-day showroom activities. Salary: SAR 45000 - 50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead the showroom sales team, setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective action as necessary to meet goals.
  3. Develop strategies to increase showroom traffic and close rates.
  4. Ensure all sales staff are fully trained on the features, benefits, and selling points of kitchen cabinet products.
  5. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on kitchen cabinet options and designs.
  6. Understand customer needs and preferences, offering customized solutions.
  7. Provide in-depth product knowledge, answer technical questions, and guide customers through the selection and purchase process.
  8. Showroom Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment.
  9. Ensure all displays are stocked, well-maintained, and updated regularly.
  10. Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of kitchen cabinets and accessories.
  11. Team Development & Training: Train, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team to maximize their potential.
  12. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  14. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  15. Manage showroom scheduling, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak hours.
  16. Handle customer complaints, returns, or issues promptly and professionally.
  17. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
  18. Implement in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Sales Representative in the kitchen cabinet or related home improvement industry.
  2. Strong understanding of kitchen cabinet products, design trends, and technical specifications.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  8. A background in interior design or cabinetry would be an added advantage.
