Job Function: Sales / Retail / Corporate / Business Development

Skillset: Sales, Knowledge of industrial hardware products and Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and provide excellent service
2. Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
3. Respond to inquiries and provide detailed product information
4. Maintain a well-organized and clean showroom
5. Process sales transactions (cash & credit)
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Industrial Automation / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics
2. Previous sales experience (preferred)
3. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
4. Knowledge of industrial hardware products and Industrial Automation
5. Basic computer skills
