Job Title: Project Coordinator / Location – Dubai / Experience – 5+ Years

Hudini.io is a fast-growing SaaS platform that empowers the hospitality industry with advanced middleware technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest experiences. Our platform serves leading global hospitality brands, and we're now thrilled to partner with the Dubai Department of Tourism (DET) to facilitate seamless online bookings across all hotels in Dubai.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator to support our engagement with DET. This role will be instrumental in deploying and managing the Hudini platform across Dubai's hotels. The successful candidate will serve as the primary onsite liaison, ensuring smooth project implementation and collaborating closely with our offshore technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination : Oversee the deployment of the Hudini platform in line with DET standards, ensuring the project aligns with all specifications and timelines. Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries and updates.
  2. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with DET representatives, hotel management teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  3. Resource Coordination : Collaborate with the offshore technical team in Bangalore, managing project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate any increase in offshore resources as the project scales.
  4. Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Escalate issues when necessary and work with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt solutions.
  5. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and status reports. Regularly update internal and DET stakeholders on project progress.
  6. Training & Support : Provide initial training and support to hotel teams on the Hudini platform to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing usability.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within SaaS or technology roles.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  5. Experience in hospitality is mandatory.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
