Responsibilities Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Manage social media campaigns, including content creation and audience engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for strategy enhancement. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and effective online content. Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track KPIs. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts. Manage email marketing campaigns, including template creation and performance tracking. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and propose improvements. Develop and manage sponsored online advertising campaigns across various platforms. Prepare and present reports on the return on investment of digital campaigns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role for 3+ years. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing techniques. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to guide decision‑making processes.
