Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (15J25) to join our innovative team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for our business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current digital marketing practices, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, social media strategy, and data analysis. Your innovative ideas and analytical mindset will help shape our marketing efforts and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness online. - Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels. - Oversee and manage all social media platforms and activities including content posting and engagement. - Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging digital content. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data‑driven insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Manage and maintain the company’s website to ensure an exceptional user experience. - Conduct keyword research to guide content marketing and search engine optimization efforts. - Stay current with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. - Plan and manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns effectively. - Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and analyze their performance. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. - Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role is essential. - Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management. - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. - Proficient in using social media platforms for business objectives.
