ITPRODUCT MANAGER(M/F)


BlackridgeGroup is looking for an experienced, talented and self-motivated IT Product Manager(M/F)


Mainresponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Workingwithin the Product Management team;
  • Developnew products by identifying potential product ideas or evolutions;
  • Conductmarket research;
  • Generateproduct requirements;
  • Determinespecifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integratedplans for product introduction;
  • Workingwith marketing teams to ensure that customer affectingchanges/launches are communicated correctly and in a timely fashion;
  • Workingwith internal staff, managing the process of any changes in time;
  • Workingwith technical departments to manage projects and productconception from concept to delivery;
  • Workingwith sales to bring and introduce the new products to customers;
  • Ensurethat management are kept appraised of progress and notified of anyimportant deviation from the plans;


YourProfile:

  • Education:BAC + 3 minimum with a preference in IT or Business Administration;
  • Haveexcellent written and spoken in French and are considered a plus;
  • Havevery good organization skills, with the ability to follow-up onrequests, set priorities and respect deadlines (previous experiencedriving transformational projects ispreferred);


Requirements:

  • Certificationssuch as Prince2 or PMP are an asset;
  • Abilityto deep dive into technical requirements when needed and eventuallychallenge various actors which conceptualize theproduct;
  • Experienceand knowledge of private cloud (VMware, ) and/or public cloudsolutions (Azure, GCP, AWS, ) is preferred;
  • Youhave a good understanding of the local regulations and theirimplementation especially in regards to cloud and outsourcing;
  • Aprevious role as cloud officer is considered an asset;
  • Previousexperience in a sales architect or an IT infrastructure architectis an asset;
  • Fascinatedby evolving technologies and innovation with a strong will to learnnew skills and technologies;
  • Becustomer-minded and results-oriented;
  • Strongoffice application skills ( Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project )and the willingness to develop those further;
  • Enjoysworking and collaborating together with other departments with apositive mindset in any situation;
  • Bea good presenter and have the capacity to inspire and lead the pathduring presentations;
  • Havea positive can do attitude;
  • Youhave a good understanding of the Luxembourg IT market and its needs;
