the responsibility:
Always adhereto call center procedures and policies for all 800 telephone lines- inbound and outbound (South, DSA, Origins andDuserveFM).
To professionally handle customer calls inaccordance with company standards.
To transfer calls tospecified departments depending on client/customerrequirements.
For appropriate use of CAFMsystems.
Providing personal service to customers at thehighest level.
Preparing and distributing monthly anddaily reports to the implementation team.
Preparingvarious reports on service requests, incidents, and work orders forthe implementation team.
Building customer interest inthe services and products provided by thecompany.
Qualifications: High school oruniversity
Knowledge, Skill and Ability: Intermediateknowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email communication, CAFMsystems.
