We are currently seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join ourteam. As an Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsiblefor installing, maintaining, and repairing various air conditioningsystems to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role inmeeting our customers' needs and providing exceptionalservice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, repairs, andmaintenance on a variety of air conditioningsystems.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identifyand address potential issues.
  • Replace or repairdefective components to restore properfunctionality.
  • Collaborate with customers todetermine their air conditioning needs and provide suitablerecommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with allsafety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintainaccurate records of all service and maintenancework.
  • Keep up-to-date with industryadvancements and participate in ongoing training and developmentprograms.

Requirements

  • High school diploma orequivalent.
  • Certification in air conditioningrepair and maintenance.
  • Proven experience as anAir Conditioning Technician.
  • Strong knowledgeof different types of air conditioning systems and theiroperation.
  • Excellent troubleshootingskills.
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
  • Strong communication andcustomer service skills.
  • Valid driver'slicense.

  • ElectricalKnowledge: Understanding of electrical systemsrelated to HVAC for troubleshooting andrepairs.

  • TimeManagement: Efficiently managing time to completeservice calls and installations onschedule.

  • Teamwork:Collaborating with other technicians and staff to ensure smoothoperations.

  • ContinuousLearning: Keeping up with industry advancements andnew technologies in HVAC systems.
