  • The Candidate would be Canons representative at the Tier1and Tier2 and EndUser level with technological expertise in thedesignated area of Office and very light Production Products. Tier1 is defined as Canons incountry distribution partners and regionaldistribution partners. Tier2 is defined as the reseller of CanonProducts who purchases Canon products from Canons designateddistribution partners and EndUser gets defined as Government and/orlarge corporations in verticals (Oil/Gas Education HealthcareTelecom...)
  • Identify map and determineweightage of EndUser vertical segments contribution to Canonbusiness and potential of the vertical segments. (ByCountry)
  • Establish EndUser contacts andbusiness relationships with the right representatives of the largecompanies and Governmental Organizations for major Verticalsegments by countries (Key Account Decision Makers).
  • Design and Plan Marketing Activities (training seminarPR) per each country (Tier 1 and Enduser) based on their ActivityCalendars if required. Liaise with Canons distributors and the Tier2 partners or Endusers to generate a common ActivityCalendar.
  • Plan and Implement the abovedescribed activities based on area strategy product planning andmarket analysis to meet Canon Middle Easts growth objectives. (bycountry)
  • Liaise with Area Managers/ProductManagers regarding the technical requirements of the customersprojects; integrate and be able to assist enduser with a solutionapproach.
  • Liaise with Area Managers/ProductManagers to proceed with Product Launching implement productstrategy and provide a proper feedback to Canon Headoffice.
  • Maintain Track and report all Marketrelated information about Canon and Competitors in terms of newproducts prices activities strategies.
  • Undertake (and organize) regular Tier 1 Tier 2 and endusertrainings (horizontal and vertical) market assessments andmonitor/report on competitor activity.
  • Visit(potential new) Accounts and Business Partners on a regular basisto provide visible support and assistance whererequired.

What we ask

  • Office & Light ProductionProducts Experience is essential
  • B2B ChannelExperience is essential
  • Relevant recognizedformal qualifications (university level) is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar internationalor regional sales role (with a similar company national distributoror trading company) is desirable
  • Backgroundand knowledge of GCC market environments is desirable
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications i.e. Word ExcelPowerPoint is essential

You will need

  • Excellent communicationskills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation and networkingskills.
  • Ability to communicate and relate tosubjects issues and clients at many levels.
  • Excellent Market knowledge and willingness to be Closer toMarket.
  • Customer Facing extensiveexperience.
  • Managed Print Services knowledgeand practical experience is essential.
