  • Ensuring effective operation ofclinical practicums by organizing, supervising & evaluatingclinical sites, preceptors &patients.
  • Monitoring Patient placements andclinical records.
  • Maintaining and obtainingcontracts, mandatory legal documentation (license verification,liability insurance, qualifications of preceptors and preceptororientation etc.).
  • Handling communicationrelated to clinic including but not limited to phone, WhatsApp andemail.
  • Creating and managing assigned databasesto ensure complete and accurate information. Compiles reports andcommunicates data to appropriatestakeholders.
  • Ensuring databases are accurate,up-to-date, and easily accessible for relevantstakeholders.
  • Promoting the clinic on socialmedia and other platforms.
  • Checking stock ofequipment and informing management ofshortages.
  • Receiving patients, assisting themin opening treatment files, and supporting dentists in theefficient management and archiving of patients'records.
  • Using Clinic software to create andmanage patients, dentists, schedules, treatments.Etc.
  • Working on Insurance software to checkeligibility and apply for insurance, handle insurance procedures,claims and payments.
  • Collecting payments andlogging it on to the university system.
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned bythe line manager.
