PARKER PREMIER, an exponentially expanding startup real estate firm, is looking for an extraordinary Real Estate TEAM LEADER with 2-3 years of expertise in the ABU DHABI'S real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and leading a team of Real Estate Agents to meet sales goals while providing outstanding client service.
  2. Providing guidance and expert advice to agents on market conditions, prices, and financing options.
  3. Assisting agents in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to stay current on trends and changes in the U.A.E real estate market.
  5. Creating and implementing successful promotional techniques to promote property services.
  6. Attending client property viewings and inspections.
  7. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and other parties involved in the buying or selling process.
  8. Assuring that all relevant paperwork and documentation is done correctly and on schedule.
Qualifications:
  1. 2-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent Manager with extensive knowledge of the ABU DHABI real estate market.
  2. Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
  8. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
