  • Develop and execute the AnnualSourcing Plans focusing upon the creation of a lean andenterprising procurement activity which includes but is not limitedto:
  • A core short, medium and long term sourcingstrategy roadmap, detailing identified opportunities, projectedbenefits and probability of realization which is aligned toprocurement and business wideobjectives.
  • Delivery of increasedprofitability, supply chain risk mitigation operationaleffectiveness and security of supply.
  • Assume alead role in the development of pro-active future demand planningensuring a business shift from reactive to pro-active planningpractices and delivery of associated operational effectivenessbenefits.
  • Develop and drive to conclusion,group based procurement initiatives and shared servicesopportunities with external organizations where appropriate andwith maximum value for money output.
  • Assumeaccountability for the realization of a robust and rationalizedsupplier base which enables clear identification of supplierclassification and categorization and aligned supply securitystrategies.
  • Ensure the effective delivery ofcontract based pricing structures minimizing spot buyactivity.
  • Establish and manage core operatingKPI & analytics reflecting the deliverables of the AnnualPlan
  • Delivery of the Sourcing team’sPR/ PO & RFX KPI targets on time
  • Ensurethe standards of work by Sourcing are compliant to the ProcurementPolicy and best practice
  • Development ofSourcing processes and systems in line with the digitization anddata-driven goals
  • Management of the TenderCommittee process
