SunshineEnterprise is seeking ICC-certified Residential CombinationBuilding Code Inspectors for immediate hire in the Atlanta, GAarea. Primary duties will include performing building codeinspections and/or plans review (building, mechanical, electrical,and plumbing as licensed) on residential buildings, as well asmanaging specific projects related to these types of codeinspections. The inspector positions are predominantly fieldlocated but may occasionally include office assignments, whereasthe Plan Examiners positions are primarilyoffice-based.

RequiredSkills/EssentialFunctions

  • BuildingCode Review and/or Quality ControlInspections
  • Preparewritten and electronic reports, and issue notices ofcorrection
  • Explainand interpret code and/or quality control regulations orrequirements
  • Recognize,evaluate and properly resolve unique problems orsituations
  • Maintaineffective customer service relationship with clients and thepublic
  • Assistthe inspection management team with businessdevelopment
  • Performother related duties as assigned by theManager
