**Upholstery In charge Job Description**:
**We are looking to hire an Upholstery In Charge **To manage the operations of the Upholstery Department in order to meet the specified requirements in compliance with the quality standards.

**Responsabilities**:
**Manage the upholstery section**
- To manage & monitor the employees and provide them the job and task in order to complete the project on time.
- To monitor and control the production level to ensure optimum & efficient usage of material.
- To appraise train and discipline staff for better performance.
- To maintain and install all machinery related to production to maintain and ongoing production cycle.
- To inspect the work area and machinery in order to ensure safety of employees operating the machinery to minimize the injury level.
- To control and analyze the material cost and quality collected from suppliers to meet the standard qualification.
- To coordinate between the site engineers & department heads
- To plan and monitor the work process.
- Implementing procedures related to the proper use and case of equipment and materials: ensuring that employees follow HSC procedures. Minimizing waste in all aspect of environmental functions which include the economic use of energy and other materials.

**Education/ Qualification**

Diploma or Equivalent

**Work Experience**

7-10 Years’ experience in Upholstery Furniture -High end.

Good knowledge in the field of upholstery, interior decoration, and design.

Management knowledge.

Factory environment knowledge

Knowledge about raw materials

Knowledge of machines and tools

Knowledge of process improvement techniques

**Job Type**: Permanent
