Our client awellknown Events organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking fora Marketing Director (ArabicSpeaker).

Theideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with afocus on promoting classical music events and performances. As theMarketing Director you will be responsible for developing andexecuting comprehensive marketing strategies to drive ticket salesincrease brand awareness and enhance audienceengagement.


Responsibilities:

Develop andimplement strategic marketing plans to promote classical events andperformances.
Lead a team ofmarketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns acrossvarious channels including digital print social media andemail.
Collaborate withinternal teams including artistic production and sales teams toensure cohesive and effective marketingefforts.
Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify target audiences market trendsand competitorstrategies.
Manage thecompanys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketingmaterials andcommunications.
Oversee thecreation of marketing collateral including brochures posters anddigitalassets.
Plan and executepromotional events press conferences and media appearances togenerate buzz and publicity for upcomingevents.
Monitor andanalyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjuststrategies as needed to achieve desiredoutcomes.
Develop andmanage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensurecosteffectiveness andROI.
Stay uptodatewith industry trends emerging technologies and best practices inclassical musicmarketing.

RequirementsTobe successful in this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

Bachelors degreein Marketing Communications or related field. Masters degreepreferred.
Minimum 17 yearsof experience in marketing with a focus on promoting eventspreferably in the classical musicindustry.
Proven trackrecord of developing and implementing successful marketingcampaigns that drive ticket sales and increase audienceengagement.
Strongleadership and management skills with experience leading andmotivating teams.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability toarticulate ideas clearly andpersuasively.
Creative thinkerwith a passion for classical music and the performingarts.
Ability to workunder pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
Proficiency inmarketing software and tools including CRM systems email marketingplatforms and analyticstools.
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and makedatadrivendecisions.
Flexibility towork evenings and weekends as needed to attend events and meetprojectdeadlines.
