Overviewof the role

Handle financialreconciliation reporting and audit for the store operations in linewith daily/weekly/monthly procedures following the IKEA/AL Futtaimdirectives and internal Standard OperatingProcedures.


Whatyou will do

  • Handle thefollowing:
    • Daily reconciliation of storetakings & reporting.
    • Forexreconciliation and monitoring of exchangerates.
    • Cheques collection andcontrol.
    • Tally of safe funddaily.
    • Credit Cardreconciliation.
    • Gift Vouchers redemption andreconciliation.
    • Banking of the various tendertypes.
    • Store Petty Cashmanagement.
  • Ensurequality in following the daily/weekly/monthly procedures as well asreporting in a timely manner.
  • Investigate TillDiscrepancy cases and report it to Cash Office Group Leader andrelevant departments for furtheraction.
  • Provide excellent customer service tointernal and external customers concerning petty cash quotes LPOsand payments.
  • Ensure continuous compliance withIKEA/AL Futtaim directives and the company Standard OperatingProcedures in Cash officeprocesses.

Required skills to besuccessful

  • Good Knowledge ofaccounting & Cash handeling.
  • Very goodcommand of English language.
  • Good command ofArabic language is preferred.
  • Advanced computerliteracy
  • Advanced proficiency of MS OfficeExcel and data managementtools.
