Certification Completions Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interfacewith the Hook-up and Commissioning Supervisor as well as theStart-Up Manager regarding Mechanical Completion,pre-commissioning, commissioning andhandover.
  • Maintain custody of signed checksheets, testing procedures and project certificationdocuments
  • Ensure that the CMS application andall necessary supporting documentation is in place and complieswith the requirements of Wood Commissioning Services as well asclient project objectives
  • Initial population ofthe CMS database from engineering deliverables and defined systemlimits. This includes assigning discipline check sheets based ondevice type or work activity, assembly of system dossiers andformation and maintenance of project certificationlibrary
  • Management of the CMS system to ensuredata is up to date and that it is an accurate depiction of theactual status of the project
  • Liaise with allConstruction focal points, Commissioning Discipline Leads andclient management concerning certificationissues
  • Facilitates the 4D & 5DVisualization by System philosophy
  • Facilitatesthe CII RT-364 AWP approach by System
  • Managesall Commissioning Planning deliverables, issue / distribution andprogress control via Client document managementsystem
  • Supports across all CommissioningProjects reinforcing the “wood way” and inaccordance with Project controlsrequirements
  • Responsible for issuing weekly CMSprogress reports and data entry of completion progress inCMS
  • Manage project punch lists by identifyingresponsibility, categorizing necessity of repair, and facilitatingpunch list meetings to bring focus to items needed to expedite thehandover process
  • Coordinate activities withother departments and staff
  • Establish positiveworking relationships with immediate supervision and personnel fromother departments
  • Communicate clearly andconcisely, both orally and written. Be able to follow oral andwritten instructions
  • Other duties may beassigned or requested

QUALIFICATIONS: Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able toperform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listedbelow are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilityrequired.

Knowledgeof:

  • Database managementsoftware: GoTechnology (Preferred), Omega PIMS, OCCMS, Hexagon,Zenator, CMS, Procosis, WinPCS and similarsoftware
  • Management of Engineering Asset tablesand associated Metadata information
  • Managementof 3D Visualization tools: AVEVA, Hexagon, Navisworksetc.
  • Expert in certification process fromconstruction, mechanical completion, pre-comm, commissioning, tostart-up.
  • Familiar with Power BI report builderand SQL server scripting.
  • DataManagement.
