We dream big, do big, and have fun at it – we haven’t chosen “Play Seriously” as our motto for nothingGreat, cause we’re looking for a Senior Producer to work as part of the creative team.As a Senior Producer at WonderEight, you will be responsible for managing the creative and logistical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, clients, directors, and other team members to develop impactful visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with target audiences across Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.Your visionary thinking, advanced project management skills and ability to translate ideas into compelling video productions will contribute to the agency’s success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.Develop production schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.Facilitate communication between clients and the creative team, ensuring alignment on project goals.Present concepts, updates, and final deliverables to clients.Coordinate with directors, photographers, videographers, editors, and other creatives.Assign tasks, set milestones, and ensure team accountability.Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers to secure the best services and rates.Oversee the allocation of resources, including equipment, locations, and talent.Troubleshoot challenges during pre-production, production, and post-production.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and techniques.Introduce innovative ideas and approaches to enhance production capabilities.Qualifications:6–8 years in video and photo production, with a proven track record of managing high-profile projects.Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.Strong understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Proficient in preparing and managing production budgets.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.Creative thinker with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with digital marketing and branded content production.WonderEight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
