We are working with a leading dry bulk shipping firm seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead their corporate strategy, business expansion and operational optimization in the dry bulk shipping sector. This role is pivotal in driving long-term business growth, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency and risk management. The CSO will work closely with executive leadership to shape the company’s strategic vision, spearhead innovation, and strengthen their competitive position in global shipping markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate & Business Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate strategy to drive long-term business growth.
  2. Lead business analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and risks in the dry bulk sector.
