Retail Supply Planner

Ensure creation of merchandise plans for alldepartment/category based on insights gained from merchandiseanalytics, customer preference, historical trends and futureoutlook projected by the buyer.
Maximise Salesand profitability for the Concept
Determinehigh-level financial goals including pre-season financial plans,in-season projections, open-to-buy management and new storebudgets.
Discuss, decide and freeze the conceptmerchandise strategic plans around the followingfactors
Financials (Sales, Stock, Forward Coveretc)
Store (Sub-group level Sales, Allocation,Replenishment etc)
Assortment (Style, Price,Brand, Supplier etc)
Building workingrelationships with Store managers & identifying theirneeds, providing information on key factors such as last pieces,items not selling, discontinued lines etc & allowingfreshness into the stores.
Prepare &Monitor Reports on Performance of Dept./Class/Subclass (whereApplicable) to identify any exceptions to Sales, Stockholdings,Forward Covers, Inflows and propose actions on out of linesituations to the Planners/Buyers monthly with action to betaken.
Visit warehouses and Stores on an agreedfrequency to monitor Orders arrival into warehouse and ensure itemsare being displayed in the correct quantities where storeplanograms /Matrices have space/need(Daily)
Skill
Musthave 3-4 years of relevant experience in retail. Home &Furniture Industry preffered
Good knowledge ofMerchandise planning and analytics
Good knowledgeof Retail Industry and products
Experienced inusing planning applications to execute the planningrole.
Planning and organizingskills.
Analytical skills
Goodknowledge of MS Office
