We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our full range of cargo and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet business targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Promote the companys full range of services, including air freight, sea freight, land freight, customs clearance, and 3PL warehousing.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo services industry.
  • Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight services, along with customs clearance and 3PL warehousing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
