This position will lead BAP(FP&A) activities across the META region for the HBTbusiness with revenues of >$500M. The role will beresponsible for pacing forecasting reporting and analyzing thefinancials across the region coordinating with the business financeand operating leadership. The role will be managing key financialsMOSs in the region and partner closely with the CFO and VP GM withfinancial insights. The role will be responsible for the annualoperating plan (AOP) strategic plan (STRAP) monthly pulses amongother keyactivities.

  • Leadsbusiness forecasting cycles including AOP (Annual planning) SRO(Short range Outlook) and the Quarterly/Monthly pulse mechanisms.Supports the STRAP (strategic multiyear planning) efforts in closecoordination with Marketing and commercial teams Connect availablemarket and internal data to provide insights on business trends andfinancial projections Provides input to the business to evaluateinvestments and returns within the planningprocess
  • Creates a analytic baseline for thebusiness leveraging external and internal data on the financialperformance of the business. Coordinates with the business financeleaders on Margin and cost trends providing insightful analysis onareas of focus. Works closely with the Global FP&A teams tounderstand global drives of business connecting them to regionalfinancials Supports the corporate functions on costs analysis andbudget approvals.
  • Leads all reporting for theHGR (High Growth regions)Global and regional requirements. Owns thesystem required for reporting the business financials Liaises withthe global and regional teams on all leadership presentations forthe VP GM & CFO
  • Drives leadership increating a world class FP&A function with connectedoperating rhythms. Creating a database of financial analytics whichsupports the business leadership with insights on decision makingVisible financial leadership along with the CFO driving growth andbusinessperformance.

Qualifications&Skills:

  • Professionallyqualified with 7 10 years of experience including postqualification experience
  • Excellent analyticalskills experience with Project Accounting stronglypreferred
  • Strong leadership mentoring andpeople management skill Comfortable working in a high pressureenvironment and to tight deadlines
  • Strong workethic with hands on approach Proven organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication skillsand ability to relate to people at all levels of theorganization
  • Ability to drive processimprovements in a global environment
  • Ability tocommunicate financial data to nonfinancial people Self motivatedflexible and results oriented
  • PC literate SAP /HFM knowledgepreferred
