The coordinator shall work with theProtestant Chaplain and Protestant Activities Coordinator todevelop annual continuing religious education program for theProtestant parish to include but not limited to: Sunday School,Children's Church, Children s Ministry, Approved Workmen Are NotAshamed (AWANA), Men s Ministry, Women s Ministry, Chapel sponsoredBible studies/classes, Vacation Bible School (VBS) and othermeetings or activities dealing with religious Providerecommendations for establishment of an annual budget (1 Oct 30Sep) in writing for all religious education requirements; toinclude: selecting needed materials, publications, supplies,projected programs, teacher training and special religiouseducation Develop and plan for registration activities, recruitmentand training of teachers (including substitutes and helpers) andensure all adult workers (18 years or older) have the prescribedinstallation records checks completed, kept current and on

RESPONSIBILITIES

Thecoordinator shall plan and implement, in coordination with theProtestant Chaplain, Protestant RE programs for Protestantpersonnel and their families at RAF

1. Thecoordinator shall ensure that adult supervision and leadership arepresent at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time ofactivities involving participants under the age of 18 and remainpresent until the last participant under the age of 18 has departedthe

The coordinator is responsible forassisting the Protestant Chaplain in planning and execution ofvarious RE programs including regular age-appropriate classesweekly from August until June of the calendar, Vacation BibleSchool, and the RE program s yearly kick-off which shall beperformed in August of each calendar
