What you'll be doing

Our Buying Assistant is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of administrative and operational tasks that support the buying process. By managing item creation, order forms, and vendor packs, the role helps streamline the flow of product information and ensures accurate documentation. Additionally, the Assistant Buyer provides critical support in pricing analysis and presentation preparation, contributing to informed decision-making and successful buying strategies.

  • Take the lead on item creation, reporting progress to the team and flagging any concerns to the Buyer.
  • Handle the preparation and typing of order forms accurately.
  • Assist in compiling vendor packs for market preparations.
  • Input and update orders in the Merchandising system (MO).
  • Assist in gathering and organizing slides and relevant data for the Buying presentations.
  • Provide support in conducting pricing analysis to inform key purchasing decisions.
